General questions
This can be a tricky question to answer because there are so many different factors that could allow you to switch your servicer. Please fill out the qualification form and a represenatitive will contact you usually within 24 hours.
The lawsuits that are currently being litigated will not result in you getting your entire student loan balance forgiven. What borrower's are being sugested to do is to enter their loans in one of the federally sponsored student loan forgiveness programs that have the option of forgiveness at the end of the program term. These programs are the ones Navient was keeping a secret from the borrowers. If you fill out the qualification form a represenitive will usually contact you within 24 hours.
The people who generally see the most relief from the different programs are those with loan balances over $10,000, income levels under $50,000 annualy and not currently enrolled in college. An experienced enrollment agent would be able to asses your benefits.

Where can I get help?

Many borrowers are unaware that there are programs available that will allow them to move their loans away from Navient Corporation. These programs are sponsored by the Department of Education and have been in place since 2007.
